Heidi: No, they just called and offered it to me. I've never had to audition for anything. I hear it's tough out there.
Obviously it's not an exact transcript. I was still wrapping my head around what's going to happen between FLocke and Charles Whitmore. But you get the gist.
Hey Hollywood can we do something about perpetuating that stereotype that says it's not what you know, it's who you know. Can you please stop calling talent free individuals and offering them things that we actual artists need to work our arses off to get!
Yeah, Heidi it is tough out there, but you and that creepy flesh color bearded husband of yours wouldn't know that.
That's why I've said it before and I'll say it again. Do your own thing!!!! Be crafty and budget conscious but do it!!!!! Like improv, don't tell me what your going to do. Just do it!

On a lighter note. I went in to Days of Our Lives for a general meeting. Which means "There's nothing right now but we'll keep you on file for the future." Well 45 minutes later I walked out with a large day player role with potential. I was at the right place at the right time literally. It was one of those things where preparation meets luck.
